Optional Meal Plans 2006	There are two optional meal plans available, exclusive of alcoholic beverages, tax and gratuities: Full American Plan: $130.21 per person, per night of stay. Includes breakfast, lunch and dinner. Children 3-15 years of age is $41.67. Modified American Plan: $104.17, per person, per night of stay. Children 3-15 years of age is $36.46 Includes breakfast and dinner. Meal rates are per person per day and exclusive of gratuities. Includes coffee, tea or soft drink but excludes alcoholic beverages. Guests may sign a check for each meal voucher to their room account to enable the resort staff to credit the charges appropriately. If meal plan is utilized, all occupants of that room must be on the meal plan. Once meal plan option is selected, changes will not be permitted after arrival. Childrens meal rates are for 15 years and under and must order from keiki menu. Guest has one choice per course: Appetizer or soup or salad. One entree, one dessert, one beverage of coffee, tea or soft drink but excludes alcoholic beverages. Additional choices will be billed at full menu prices. Shuttle Services	Lana'i Airport and Manele Harbor Shuttle Service: For a one-time service fee of $30 per person plus tax ages 12 years and above, the Lodge at Koele and the Manele Bay Hotel provide unlimited transfer service between the airport/harbor and resorts. Children 4-11 years will be charged $15 per person plus tax. Fees for all registered guests will be posted to the guest folio upon arrival. Day guests on golf and sporting clays packages will have fees charged at the respective sports facility. Budget Rent a Car does not service Lanai at this time, however rental cars are readily available from both hotels. Inter-Resort Shuttle Service: Shuttle transportation between the Lodge at Koele and the Manele Bay Hotel is provided free of charge to all registered guests. Prices subject to change.
