Policy
Hyatt Resorts cancellation and change policy: Any cancellations,no shows and/or any changes to existing reservations within 72 hours of arrival will be assessed a one night plus tax penalty fee. For holiday season, 12/27/08-1/3/09, cancellations received after 12/1/08, and no shows, will be charged a 2 night+tax cancellation fee.
Hyatt Resorts early check out policy: Guest must tell hotel upon check-in that they will check out early. If they do not, the guest will be charged a fee of 1 night+tax at 50% . (For the holiday season, 12/27/08-1/3/09, the guest will be charged for the remainder of the stay, up to 2 nights. )If a client breaks a package (SOS,HHIH) by checking out early, the room rate reverts to the regular rate, free nights may not apply and there will be a one night plus tax penalty fee charged. If the resort is sold out over dates, there will be no changes allowed to the reservation.
