We (Jim and I) loved staying in Unit 131 at the Sugar Beach Resort. This is our second year of having you help us plan our vacation. The ground unit was wonderful! So nice to just slip out on the lanai and onto the grass leading right to the beach. We like you all because you are so down to earth and very helpful!!! Jim and I had a great 30th Anniversary! The view of the ocean was spectacular and as usual you were all so helpful in emailing and calling us back. Thank you Ken for offering us the Condo for the whole day on the 20th! Jim and I hope to get back to Maui next year and we certainly will let you know when we do! We would recommend 5 Star Maui to everyone!!! Mahalo for everything.

Hello Laurie,
I just wanted to drop you a line and say thank you for the use of your condo for our 3 week adventure on Maui. We had a great time; a much needed break. Your condo was wonderful. We were thrilled that everything was so clean.
Ken from 5 Star was super. At one point the key broke off in the door lock, but Ken was 'johhny on the spot' and got us in right away. All in all, your condo was perfect and we were very grateful to be there. We are thinking of heading back in a couple of years (or sooner) and would love to stay there again if you are still renting.

Your pictures did not do your condo justice. It is lovely and has more updates than the others we have been in - lovely and comfortable! We had a wonderful time. We tried the Three Palms and loved it. We found a new place to eat - the Kula Lodge. You may be familiar with it, but we loved the food, an art gallery in the basement, gift shop, and markeet of locally grown food. You were so helpful and kind and we appreciate it. Hi Kathy:
What a wonderful place you have in Maui. I don't even know where to begin. After being on the "hotel" circuit the week prior to last, my 13 year old said "this is a great place Mom" after being in your condo for 5 minutes. He was able to hang out in one room and just veg for a couple hours without stepping over us. John was able to make coffee and read his books at 6AM without bothering anyone. What great space you have and my favorite was the "garden area" out back.
I appreciated that the condo kitchen was so well stocked especially the spices!! We didn't go to any other beach but Ulua and when we couldn't go to the beach because we ended up in Haleakala and on the road all day on Sat., the boys found the smaller pool and John and I went hot tubbing later that night.
Virginia and Tawny were great and very supportive. Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful place and we hope to get back there in the next couple of years.

I just wanted to take a minute and thank you for allowing us the use of your condo (Elua #2105). We had a perfect time in the prettiest place on earth. You condo was fabulous and the ammenities perfect. It was very comfortable and was exactly what we needed. We put 800 miles on a rental car and saw everything! We all concluded that Wailea Elua was the perfect spot for a condo. Absoulutly beautiful and well kept. I hope to rent it from you again soon. My wife would love to make Maui a yearly vacation. Your rental company (5 star) did a wonderful job of helping us with what we needed while we were there too. Thanks for the gift basket as well. What a fun place you have! Thanks again for everything. Just wanted to send you a great big thank you for all your help with our recent holiday. We loved Maui… really did not want to go home at all. We will definitely be back one day. My husband was disappointed he didn’t get to golf, but said maybe the next time we go, he will make more of an effort to go. But we certainly had a wonderful time. The condo was great. Very comfortable for us four. Everything we needed was there. I will certainly contact you again should be go to Maui again. Kamaole Sands is a very very nice complex, extremely well kept grounds, pool and washrooms. Everybody was pleasant and helpful.

Hi Mindy and Don,
Just a thank you for renting us #7-204 from January 19 to February 2. We have stayed at quite a few different units in Kamaole Sands but found this one to be so nicely upgraded. When we stay in that type of unit I take the master bath for my bathroom and it was especially nice with the big walk-in shower and cute shell toilet seat and waste basket.
Anyhow, apart from the rain, we had the usual lovely time we have in Maui and it was made so much more comfortable by the lovely unit we rented. Mahalo!

We are back home after a most wonderful holiday at your condo in Maui. We were extremely comfortable and appreciated the well appointed kitchen and cleanliness of your place plus the many extras - music, books, beach chairs, beach towels, etc. Hopefully we will be able to return again soon for a longer stay, 10 days was too short.
Don, your helpfulness and kindness was extraordinary and very much appreciated by us. You definitely made us feel most welcome and at home. I'm afraid that I came back with the 5Star survey sheet but you can tell them we found all to be exceptional.

Thank you for your phone call. As you can see from the times that I have mentioned, we did not waste any time napping or much time at the condo unit. We basically had breakfast and made lunches to go. The unit was absolutely beautiful! Thank you so much for offering us this gorgeous unit.
Thank you so much for the beautiful gift basket. We were so blessed with your hospitality and kindness. IT really touched our hearts. The wine was so so so good... (WE do like our wine). Also the treats in the basket were delightful as well.
Our experiences on all three Islands were wonderful. We found that each Island had their special gifts to offer visitors. WE loved all of the Islands cultures, surroundings and beauty. It was amazing driving the Hana coast, scuba diving and snorkeling with the Manta Rays, snorkeling with beautiful, majestic green sea turtles, moray eels, different fish, dolphins and other gifts of sea and coral life.
There is so much more that I would love to share with you, but I must get back to reality. Back to work, and back to family life.

Aloha. I can't believe it's been over a month since we left Hawaii. We had a wonderful time - did lots of sightseeing but also made time to just lay on the beach and around the pool. The accommodations were wonderful.
RW came by to help us plan some activities (horseback ride in volcano and luau). We went to the Marriott luau and it was good. Also, the girl who met us at the condo was very nice and helpful in giving us suggestions for places to eat close by. Also, a map showing us areas to visit. We went to the Big Wave (I think that was the name) the first night and the food was great. We would have gone back but wanted to try out several places.
Thanks again for all your assistance. I just wanted you to know that we loved every minute of our time in Hawaii!

Thank YOU! You saved our Maui Vacation in a big way. We absoultely loved Maui Kamaole! It was very convenient for our wedding needs the first week of our vacation and close to beach we enjoyed down on the first curve to the left across from the Palms near Ekahi Village condos. The beach sand there is the best I have ever had the pleasure of stepping on. I will be sure to share your site and I have attached photos of our visit. I have over 200 but I won't do that to you. We had a wonderful condo in unit #M-207 and it was perfect when my second daughter joind us. We had twin beds in the second room and even a Murphy bed in the living room that we didn't use. But it has a pillow top mattress so anyone could have been comfortable on that if needed. Thanks so much for the goodies you gave us when we checked in too. You deserve a big hug from my family.

Thank you for all of your recommendations: the condo was terrific and I loved the grounds, pool, and beach paraphernalia for our use in the condo; the trip down biking Haleakala was fabulous; the tour bus to Hana so fun and relaxing, driving the island was so fun! We will recommend you to friends when anyone wants to go to Maui. I already miss the vivid blue sky and the beautiful sea and flowers. Tell RW that The Waterhouse doesn't hold a candle to the atmosphere of Mama's Fish House which is worth every penny!!!!

I was pleasantly surprised at how much the condo provided for our stay, not the same for our friends who stayed in the Lahaina area. We will definitely recommend you and the condo to anyone. Hi Mindy!,
Oh My Gosh! Maui was great!!!!!! Couldn't have asked for a nicer vacation with my wonderful hubby! The Whaler was great, we so enjoyed the complementary pineapple and champagne! The convertible was so fun, the perfect way to enjoy the road to Hana! The Maui Prince was beautiful and perfect for our last three nights, again we enjoyed the champagne and the cute chocolate covered strawberries. Flip had a massage using the free $ credit! We had great recommendations from friends and ate at Serrento's and Mama's Fish House. We had a wonderful meal at the Hotel Hana (stayed in a condo elsewhere). The greenery and flowers were absolutely overwhelmingly beautiful everywhere! Waterfalls and coastlines were breathtaking! We did a half day snorkeling and a sunset cruise. I could go on and on but I'm sure you get the picture! Thanks very much for all your help with the planning and reservations! We'll contact you on our return trip!

Don I wanted to let you know that Dwayne and I had so much fun on our trip. We've already started a Hawaii fund for the next trip! We loved the Mahana! We had a room on the 9th floor and the view was wonderful. With the full view window we could sit on the couch and see nothing but ocean. It gave you a feeling of being on a cruise ship. I watched the whales from our balcony every day!!

Hi Don and Mindy,
just wanted to let you know we had an incredible time in maui!! The Kihei Beach Resort was so perfect, especially being on the top floor with the extra big balcony. It was so perfect, just what we were looking for. We did everything possible in our stay on the island and enjoyed every second. We put 700 miles on the ol' rental car. Thanks for all your help in setting up our trip and we will recommend 5 Star Hawaii and the Kihei Beach Resort to all of our friends and family. What a beautiful place!

Hi Mindy!
I'm sure you will be hearing from Jerry also but I wanted to send you a quick note!! Hawaii was definitely a dream vacation!! It was everything and more!!!! The resort was so beautiful!!!! We loved our rooms, the breath taking view, and the pool and beach. They treated us like royalty!! They were very helpful anytime we needed anything!! The extra activities were so much fun for all the family! (shark adventure, swimming with the dolphins, diamond head.... etc) They met all of our expectations. I think the Polynesian Cultural Center was our favorite!! Thank you for all of your time and hard work on this!! You helped make our dreams come true!! We are telling everyone they have to go to Hawaii!!!!!

Mindy, I am 63 yrs. old and have traveled extensively on business and pleasure for approx. 35 yrs. I have never spoken to a customer service representative that was as cordial , helpful and accommodating as you, (you could have sold me a Water Front Time Share in Phoenix). My wife and I spent our honeymoon at Sugar Beach Resort 25 yrs ago on July 14th but have not been able to return to Hawaii since. We are really looking forward to this trip.
